php file?

This is going to be the stupidest question ever but I am afraid I am just not getting it. I am integrating my WordPress Blog with Hubspot and most of I what I have done has worked fine. But….
I have a message saying Hubspot is having troublle retrieving dates, authors, etc. for my blog. I tried the troubleshooting but just got lost. I downloaded the suggested downlosd but that is all I did because I don’t know what I am supposed to with it. This must be the culprit to the problem.
Could you please instruct me, or send me to the proper location where I can learn what in the heck I am supposed to do with that file. I extracted it but am not even sure if I was supposed to do that.
