This is a fairly nebulous issue so I’m not sure where to post, but it’s a slight emergency.

I have a php file on my site called ‘home.php’ that controls content on the homepage. I made a slight modification on this page–added a name to a list of supporters that appears there–and when I updated it, all the content of the file was blank. Now my homepage is just a completely blank, white screen, obviously.

I have the code that I lost but when I try to copy it in inside the edit window in WordPress, it says the file was successfully updated, but continues to be completely blank.

Even when I upload the home.php file via FTP, the problem remains the same. I tried older backup versions of the home.php file as well, same thing.

    Can ANYONE help with this?
