PHP File Loads 500 Error when I put absolutely anything in it.

  • So when I added a duplicate PHP file of a Working PHP Template. This is a fully custom them so I do not need to do a child theme. But when I done with my PHP I use compiliers. The compiloers found no issues at all. I go and put the template on and it cause a 500 errors so I did some testing and the only way to make it work is taking every thing out but:

    <?php
Template Name: No Container

    Does anyone know why this isnt working, I’ve tried just using
    <?php the_content(); ?>
    Yet still get the error.

    Sorry, I guess the site was offline when I was working on it. Or it caused the site to shut down. But It wouldnt let me use my duplicated theme I had to right out the div/class/etc… Dont know why.
