php in exceprts

  • I have a plugin that enable php in posts (exec.php). But is there a plugin/hack/workaround of any kind that enables php in excerpts?

    nobody? can you imagine the possibilities if php could run in exceprts? just imagine:

    I’m trying to create an open source solution for my affiliate site where affiliates can put their ID in the header or sidebar and that id could be generated into a link displayed in the excerpt. People charge big bucks for applications that do that and I am *this* close to doing something open source IF I COULD JUST RUN PHP IN THE EXCERPTS!!!
