I want to include https://www.rosexia.net/stroke/WORDPRESS/ in https://www.rosexia.net/stroke/e.php. I keep on getting this error:
Warning: main(./wp-blog-header.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/rosexia/public_html/stroke/WORDPRESS/index.php on line 5
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘./wp-blog-header.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/rosexia/public_html/stroke/WORDPRESS/index.php on line 5
What can I do to fix it?

You will have to login to wordpress and change the Site URL setting to https://www.rosexia.net/stroke/e.php and move your index.php to /stroke/
    That should work.

I’m having a similar problem, but I don’t really understand the solution?
Changing the site URL just messes up the script and how do you change where index.php is being generated?
    Cheers.

Hi! I have a similar problem.

My weblog is currently at https://autumnqiu.little-wonder.net using a PHP include from another directory.

However, when I click on “comment” in the main weblog page, the individual entry page desn’t appear. Instead, the weblog reloads all over again. (Try it out and you would understand what I mean.)

I hope someone would be able to help me out here. Thanks in advance!

Have you added a permalink structure to your .htaccess file?

Permalink structure? How do I go about doing that? ??

Nuclearmoose: Thanks so much for helping me with all my WP problems! I am a newbie, you see.

    autumnqiu,
We are all newbies at some point! Here’s a page on Codex about permalink structure:
    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Permalink_Structure

Yes, there’s a lot to read and learn, but trust me, it all falls together quite quickly! If I can learn this stuff, then anyone can! Heck, even TechGnome learned how to use WordPress! LOL!

    Thanks. ??

But I keep getting an “internal server error” problem.

Is there any other way to rectify this other than using permalinks?

(As in, calling the SQL database from other directories rather than the directory that WP was installed in.)

    Thankies! ??

Okay, now the .htaccess file is uploaded successfully.

But my permalinks are still not working. ??
