PHP Mail in WordPress

I’ve been wondering how to go about adding a html email client into my wordpress.

I can only think of using an existing tool like round cube or horde however I haven’t seen any modules in this regard.
I know round cube offers it’s API out does anyone know if there is a solution already available ?
