PHP memory issue when trying to open .po file in theme Risen.

I am receiving the following message when I try editting my .po file in the Theme Risen.

You are trying to open a translation catalog which expands above your PHP Memory Limit at 0 MB during read.
Please enable the low memory mode for opening this components catalog.

I’ve already asked my hosting service to up the memory and they have done so. I still have the error.

I can not enable the low memory mode because the screen will not allow me to do so. It’s there, I can’ t get the drop down menu to work.
