PHP Notice after Update to WP 5.3

    Hi, I updated to WP 5.3 last night. I have WP_DEBUG set to true while I’m working on my new site, and am now getting the following message in the admin interface:

    Notice: add_submenu_page was called incorrectly. The seventh parameter passed to add_submenu_page() should be an integer representing menu position. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 5.3.0.) in /home/userscha/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4903

    I turned off all my plugins, then switched themes, and determined that the notice is related to Unlimited. I’m using Version 1.36.

    Hi Susan,

    We’re aware of this bug will get it fixed soon. Sorry for the disturbance!

    As a Notice rather than an Error, there’s no adverse effect on your visitors or your ability to run your site in the meantime.

    The update is out now.

    I am using Nirvana theme.
    Is there an update to fix this and if so where do I find it?

    This support forum is only for the Unlimited theme. You can find the forum for your theme here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/nirvana/

    @bensibley I haven’t seen any request for updating in backend. How do I update my website?

    You should see a notification over top of the Unlimited theme in the Appearance menu for the new update. If it doesn’t show up, visit Dashboard > Updates and check for the update there.
