I’m getting this PHP notice inside the WPEngine dashboard:
PHP Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 44077 bytes in /nas/content/live/{redacted}/wp-content/plugins/cptui-extended/vendor/updater/am/classes/class-wc-plugin-update.php on line 221

Which seems to be a part of WordFence not completing a scan on the site:

I’ll follow up with WF too, but any troubleshooting suggestions?

    Hi Bet,

Based on that vendor folder, this site in question is running an old version of CPTUI-Extended. Looks like version 1.3.3 or earlier. We moved over to EasyDigitalDownloads for Pluginize back at the end of 2016.

If the site has any pending updates for the plugin, won’t hurt to test it out on a staging and get them applied. If there’s no pending update listed, then a license key probably needs applied for the purchase.

Hi Michael! Thanks for your speedy reply!

It’s a site I recently inherited, so I didn’t realize there was a missing license! Thanks!

Current version available is 1.6.3, in case that helps gauge how far up you can go vs could go ??

Michael, I’m only seeing 1.5.3 as the most current version….

Can you tell me when 1.6.3 was released?

That page is very likely outdated and needs updated (which we’re working on).

If you’re able to log in to pluginize.com with the client’s account, you should be able to get as late of a release as available for that account/license.

If you need help trying to find information, we will need to do that correspondence privately via https://pluginize.com/contact/ where it’ll open a support ticket.

This page also is very out of date: https://i.imgur.com/kRmI6hP.png

Yep yep, I’m hoping to revamp how we handle our documentation so that these parts don’t get outdated.

Let us know if you need some private support for getting logged in on pluginize.com and whatnot. We’re here to help.
