PHP Notice in AssetManager.php

    After updating to v3.1.02 from v3.0.97, receive the following PHP Notice when a file is selected using the Select File feature.

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: __wpdmfm_upload in /home/customer/www/<website>/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.AssetManager.php on line 481

    Error is repeatable i.e. every time a new file is added, the package does not need to be saved or published.
