PHP Notice: Undefined index: enable_success_sub_mail

    Hi,

    I see this notice in my debug.log

    Plugin settings:
    Enable Success Subscription Mail = UNCHECKED

    When customer submits form I see a notice
    PHP Notice: Undefined index: enable_success_sub_mail in [path]\wp-content\plugins\back-in-stock-notifier-for-woocommerce\includes\class-ajax.php on line 93

    Please review and guide / fix.
