PHP Notices after upgrading to 3.3.0

Hi there,

I just upgraded the plugin to the latest version (3.3.0 at the time of writing) and got these notices on the admin screen:

Notice: Undefined index: accessible_colors in /path/to/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-smushit/core/class-settings.php on line 274

Notice: Undefined index: usage in /path/to/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-smushit/core/class-settings.php on line 275

Notice: Undefined index: keep_data in /path/to/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-smushit/core/class-settings.php on line 276

I know these are probably harmless and that the plugin will continue to work normally but should be fixed nonetheless. These keys should have a default value if they haven’t been set by the user yet.
