• We have a hosted website with a WP BLOG. I had them upgrade their PHP for WP primarily to be able to add plugins on our own (for speed and forms). Not sure yet what they upgraded to. We still do not have an”add” button for plugins. Is there something I need to do to upgrade our page before other tools in the upgrade are available?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You need to contact their tech support. Usually, you receive an email notification.

To add themes/plugins, you must log into WordPress with the administrator account, using the Admin Dashboard login page.

The only notice I received was my contact there writing they have modern PHP version. I am logged in, the button just is not there. I had assumed that by upgrading the PHP, the additional plugins would be available.

Ask them about the version. You have to search for the plugins, and install them

So if hosted, they need to install plugins individually if not loaded already? I have about 115 plugins available but none are those available for speed or sign up forms (like MailChimp). I guess question is if there is something I can tell them about loading in such a way that I have access to all plugins and can activate myself.
