PHP Post problem

Right so my problem is that I can’t get the quote in the footer to just appear there when i place the content in the correct category named quote.

Here is a link to the one i want it to be like. Need to make it so it doesn’t pull the post in the bit just above the footer aswell as you can see in the one below.
