php script hack?

  • I’m looking at my “incoming links” on the dashboard. A bunch of them lead to sites I’d never heard of , so I trotted over and found a hacked spam post for porn. It had a bunch of links, and when I hover over them they point to my site:

    …./wp/wp/e/p.php?p=porn-170082/3d-porn-movie-preview

    There were a bunch, and the ending was different. Any ideas what it is or how to fix it? I renamed the file p.php and it shows an error page when the link is clicked now. The rest of the blog seems to work fine. Can I just delete the file?
