PHP Upgrade

  • I have a couple WordPress sites running on PHP version 7.3.33. I’d like to upgrade to?php?8.0.?php?8.1.x, or php?8.2.x. Is Himalayas compatible with these versions? Do you think I’ll run into any major glitches if I upgrade?

    The Himalayan theme is compatible with PHP 8.0 and above. If you get any issues while using the Himalayan theme with PHP 8.0 and above, let me know, and I will get back to you.

    That’s great news. I just saw a recent post by another user who learned that his Himilayas site didn’t work with PHP 8, so I wondered whether the theme was still in beta form.

    Well there might be several other factors like plugins, WordPress version that might bring issue with the Himalayan theme while using it with the Himalayan theme. So if you get any issues while using the Himalayan theme with PHP 8, please feel free to post it here and I will check in detail.
