PHP version not supported

I cannot open my website which uses WordPress but is on an independent host: Futurequest. I use the WordPress back up.
I receive only this message when I try to open my website, even as an administrator:
Backup Guard uses 64-bit integers, but it looks like we’re running on a version of PHP that doesn’t support 64-bit integers (PHP_INT_MAX=2147483647)
