How did you add the upload form on the page?

Thanks for the reply nickboss, added it using the regular shortcode ?[wordpress_file_upload]. I think that’s the reason why nothing’s happenig when i try to upload.

Yes, we’re using divi

But the thing is, this only happen on the production site, on the staging site which was a perfect copy of the production, it;s working properly.
