I run WP-Piwik 1.09 with WordPress 4.6 on PHP 7.0

I think the problem comes when you upload the entire folder Piwik to the server.
I replaced manually the 5 files which generate errors because a difference of expected size. It solved the problem

Mohican: Your issue is not related to the initial issue. The files you are referring to are Piwik files, this support forum is for WP-Piwik only.

Drivingralle: I was not able to finalize the latest release until now. But the issue is part of the 1.0.11 milestone. https://github.com/braekling/WP-Piwik/issues/29
