PHP Warning Errors and other bugs/issues

  • This plugin appears to have several serious issues and the support staff on the designated forum seems to be over their heads.

    1. PHP Warning messages in the main pop-up window:

    Warning: include_once(/home1/*****/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/intergeo-maps/templates/iframe/extra.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home1/*****/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/intergeo-maps/templates/iframe/form.php on line 32

    Warning: include_once(): Failed opening ‘/home1/*****/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/intergeo-maps/templates/iframe/extra.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/opt/php55/lib/php’) in /home1/*****/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/intergeo-maps/templates/iframe/form.php on line 32

    2. The word “address” is misspelled in the “Go to addrses” button.

    3. Nothing shows up when I try to create a marker.

    4. Nothing shows up then I try to include directions.

    Brand new WordPress installation on Hostgator. WordPress is up to date and problem occurs on all themes.

    Seems like everyone associated with supporting this plugin is very confused. As already linked in my review above, I originally posted a support query and your staff member ignored it with a nonsensical response, which is why I then posted this review.

    Otherwise, I do not require any support. I am merely reporting my observations to the community.

    We have just released the 1.0.3 version which includes a fix for the problem you were getting.

    We are feeling sorry for your issue, which was caused by the integration with the forthcoming pro version and i hope the features we are offering now and in the future will make you forget about the bad experience you had with us and reconsider it next time when you need such tool.
