    Thanks for your help. I tried to analize your link. In that case he wrote about symbol ?. I have the same symbols in some plugin messages, which I have translated to cyrillic (russian) by PO file. Also all my data of partners is recorded in Russian. Is Affiliates Manager plugin support cyrillic?

    @dmitrysh, I will investigate this issue on our development site. What language do you have set in the General Settings (Settings -> General Settings -> Site Language)?
