PHP Warning Message originating from plugin.php

Hi @nikeo and the Customizr team. I’m getting the following error messages right above the “Leave a Comment” section on all my posts. You can view for yourself by visiting any of the posts on my blog.
Being only a slightly above-amateur coder I don’t know how to address this problem.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
