Php warning on cart page

@seighart make sure you have defined cart amount based criteria in back-end.

Cart amount based criteria shows only for premium feature.

If I am not using premium feature, how can I fix the warning message? thanks.

Do not select Cart Total Amount on general settings.

Warning: min(): Array must contain at least one element in <path>\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-discounts-plus\inc\functions.php on line 1133

		}

@seighart Also put this code at line 1129, it will also be fixed in the next release.
