I see seem you have the Pro version, is it right ? So yes, you should logged in to a3rev site and create new topic at https://a3rev.com/forums/forum/woocommerce-plugins/dynamic-gallery/

From what you said, i think you just need to hit on Save settings button on plugin panel to solve the problem
