  • Hi there @watchpci,

    A MySQL server has gone away message is a general message indicating that the query timed out. Try increasing your max_wait_time in your MySQL configuration.

    Also please try upgrading to the latest version of MailPoet and see if the message persists.

    Hello, we use the latest version for 2 days, no error found in our log’s
