PHP Warning spamming my Blog and Using tons of disk space on my host

The support guy at RFE HOsting said I should report this to you–Its spamming my site and sucking up my disk space with them and its also showing up on all the pages of my blog!!! How do I get rid of this!

The first issue i see was your sites error log was pretty big, and was spamming this:
