When did you notice that this error occurred? I’ve trying to recreate the error on my end. Also, what version of the plugins are you on?

    Hi @khaledalkhamesi

Could you download the latest version here?

Let us know if that fixes the issue.

    Thread Starter Khaled Alkhamesi

    (@khaledalkhamesi)

I downloaded the latest version 2.5.1 through the link, but a problem arose that it does not support the Arabic language as in the previous version.
    See the attached picture

    (@alexmigf)

That’s strange because it supports an Arabic font by default. Did you choose the mPDF template from the General settings?

    Thread Starter Khaled Alkhamesi

    (@khaledalkhamesi)

I have now modified the template to mpdf and went to requests and downloaded the file but it does not download the file
I returned the previous settings as they were and went to Requests again and clicked on downloading the file. It downloaded fine, but the language is not supported.

There is a problem when choosing mpdf, it does not download the file as in the picture

That’s strange. Can you test with other browser?

    Thread Starter Khaled Alkhamesi

    (@khaledalkhamesi)

I tried it with 3 browsers (Chrome – Edge – Firefox), and the result is the same. When choosing the mpdf template, the file does not download, and when choosing another template, it downloads the file but without Arabic letters, the texts ????? As in the previous pictures

    Is that MacOS?

    No , Windows 11

Can you show me your system configuration under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Status?

    Thread Starter Khaled Alkhamesi

    (@khaledalkhamesi)

The control panel is in Arabic, so the report is in Arabic. The green and red colors will guide you to the safety of the settings
