    PHP Warning: Undefined variable $class_name in wp-content/plugins/all-404-redirect-to-homepage/functions.php on line 77

    Undefined variable $class_name in wp-content/plugins/all-404-redirect-to-homepage/functions.php on line 89

    Quick look into code shows that $class_name is only set under certain condition and left undefined otherwise
