PHP Warnings

  • In the last few days I’ve started to see the following notices and warnings when I try to search for a given post in the “All Posts” screen:
    Notice: Undefined index: post_series in /home/ms101admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/organize-series/orgSeries-taxonomy.php on line 484

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/ms101admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/organize-series/orgSeries-taxonomy.php:484) in /home/ms101admin/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1196

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/ms101admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/organize-series/orgSeries-taxonomy.php:484) in /home/ms101admin/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1251

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/ms101admin/public_html/wp-content/plugins/organize-series/orgSeries-taxonomy.php:484) in /home/ms101admin/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1254

    The site does not complete the search and only displays the above errors. I can still search from the front end and find the posts, but not from the admin backend.

    Thanks for making your report. Can you please let me know:

    – What version of WordPress are you running?
    – What version of Organize Series are you running?
    – Do you have any Organize Series Extensions/Add-ons running? If so, what versions?
    – What version of PHP is running on your server hosting your site?

    Once I have that information I can use that to begin troubleshooting.
