PHP7 Compatibility Ckecker – feature for PHP efficiency of plugins e.g. enqueue

    Along with scanning the code to check for compatibility,
    additional useful checks could be included, such as factors that effect system performance, coding errors, etc.

    An examples of factors that effect system performance are;
    a) whether a plugin is loaded by enqueue, or not.
    b) a plugin requires access to an external website when loading, which causes longer page load times.
