php8.1 upgrade incompatibility?

Finding this error around deprecation on upgrade to PHP8.1 – pretty sure it is a tiny error but worth reporting back. If there’s a problem that means that it is bigger than I think, and it is better I turn off the plugin or I need to do something, let me know. but seems that this is really just for your information and a very quick fix for the next update? my impression anyway.
