PHP8.2.9 support

Hi, I recently upgraded php8 to 8.2.9, when I try to send out email when a custom post is updated, the Send To field will become empty, resulting in status “No recipient forward path has been supplied” when I check PostSMTP log. I have tested sending email from PostSMTP, it works ok. so I pinpoint that the issue must come from “Send To” not being registered correctly. Given the only change we have done is PHP8 update, I figure it is likely the reason, are you able to check the issues or provide a workaround?
