PHP8 deprecation warning

    Hello,

    Our server (RHEL 8.10, PHP 8.0.30) is registering a deprecation warning for your plugin. This follows from the Backward Incompatibility changes in PHP 8.

    Required parameter $url follows optional parameter $token	
    wp-content/plugins/expertfile-expert-content-templates/public/classes/Api.php:23

    We could patch it ourselves, but feel that it would be better if the update came from you to maintain future consistency.
