PHPBB Single Sign On not saving and working

  • Tested the installation on a site I was helping to connect.
    However after installing, the wordpress sign in works fine, phpbb is totally inaccessible.

    In addition to that, I cannot seem to save the phpbb part path. While being able to set all other fields.

    Both phpbb and wordpress share the same db.
    one url is blogs.website.com while the other is https://www.website.com/forum

    Would appreciate if someone can help me.
