PHPBB with WordPress header?

Right now on my forums it’s just a cropped image of the banner but how can I put my WordPress header on the forums where you can actually use the navigation. Iv’e done tried putting the WordPress theme css and php coding for the header on PHPBB but it looks all messed up.
