Piano Black Theme: Drop down menu no longer functions

The problem: The drop down menu is not functioning on the site:

I have identified the drop down menu under page attributes (parent pages) and also tried the Custom Navigation Menus (checking “yes” under theme options). Either way, I can not get the drop-down to work. The pages are present, because I can manually type it in, for example under CONTACT there are the pages:

https://www.morichesyachtclub.org/contact/club-rentalThis makes me think that there is something wrong with my code in the navigation.php(?) so I will post that code below:

I’m at a complete loss and will post any other code you think will help. The piano-black theme has been greatly changed, so I may have accidentally deleted or changed something. What is so puzzling however, is that this worked not too long ago and haven’t made any changes to the nav. or menu.
