Pic upload failed

    In the last few days I received the message “No images were uploaded successfully. Image _nameofthefile.jpg_ failed to upload”, and the folder was not created. How can I fix it? T.I.A.

    Hi, I am glad to help,

    Please make sure your server and site fulfills our minimum requirements https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/ also make sure your server’s execution times are set to 300.

    You will need to reach out to your hosting company for this just to be extra sure, ask them if they have any errors in their logs to see if those point in some other direction.
