Picasa Desktop Button for WordPress.com?

    If you can’t install the plugin you won’t be able to use it’s functionality. The button requires that the blog has the plugin installed.

    You could manually create the button in Picasa desktop, if you really wanted to, but it won’t do anything without the server side support.
