Picasa: it doesn’t work

I’ve just set all the steps described here:

In Helpers I’ve connected the ID and it founded all the albums with title and Album ID.

Then I’ve insert an album in a post, I’ve this code:
[gallery type="picasa" user_id='[email protected]' kind='photo' album='5614096170558704465' access='public,protected,private' protection='none' layout='circle' caption='desc-title' thumb_size='100' main_size='1600' fx='slide' controls='show']

anything change, blank page.

Which is my mistake?
