Pick up time confirmation

    Hi, I just installed your plugin and I would like to use it only for pick ups and not deliveries. Followed all of your instructions and it seems to be all set and working.

    However when I place an order and choose the pick up time, apart from the confirmation onscreen it does not appear anywhere on the order confirmation that is send to the customer. I am worried that customer won’t take note of the time and won’t be able to find their chosen time slot back anywhere. I know I can set reminders but that won’t work very well over here since I can only set a specific time before collection, so is there an option to add this to the order confirmation? Or to send a reminder right after the order is placed?

    Hi, have you tried selecting which emails the fulfilment data is added to? You can do so in General Settings->Emails: https://prnt.sc/e435Zu8r2XU9

    Click inside the field to get a list of emails available. Please try that and let me know.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I completely missed that section.

    But I have ran into another issue. I only want to use the date/time option for pick ups and not for deliveries, however when I enable the plugin all my other options disappear and only collection remains as a shipping option.

    In Order type I have enabled both options and tried to set both as the default order type, but I only enabled the date/time option for pick ups (not for deliveries). I need my customers to be able to either select shipping or pick up, but only choose a date/time for pickup. Does the plugin not work in my situation?

    Hi again,

    Regarding the Order Type, if you’re enabling Delivery then you’d need to let the customer be able to choose their delivery date or time. If you can disable the delivery time and leave the delivery date option. If you turn off both delivery date and time options, then the delivery option will not show on the checkout page and only pickup will show.
