Could you please let me know if these products show up in Products > All Products?

Can you confirm which hand Picked products module you are trying to use?
I see that you are using Nimble Page Builder: -- Press Customizr.
Does this offer a product picker or are you using the default Hand Picked Products Block that comes with WooCommerce?
