Picking the best theme for filtering a large list to show small needs

There are just so many themes, in the thousands now on the internet for WP

What search words would be best for finding the best theme for this use?

I want to a theme similar to a realestate theme for a different type business

I need to be able to have a global list of dealers, products, brands or services that the visitor to the page DOES NOT have to scroll through endlessly

i want it to be able to filter the list by need
looking for a company that does ________________
or has _____________ products
or ____________brands
or ____________ services ect

by country
by district or state
by certification or specialty etc
or within a certain distance

but i don’t want the entire global list showing
just the companies that fit the filter(s) selected for a given need
to be narrowed done by selecting from various drop down choices

it would also be nice if it could link and show a map via Google maps etc to the companies searched office location

LTR language would round it off to be perfect as long as its simple to use but not a deal breaker

the closest thing i have found so far is themes that do and search real-estate but they are not exactly what i need

anyone seen or know of exactly how i should search the themes to get the closest to my need? or a theme that already fits exactly my need?

i have spent weeks looking over hundreds of them so far but most descriptions don’t give enough data for me to pick
and i DON’T want to buy to try several that don’t work out

any positive feedback is really appropriate as i am a disabled vet with my own business for work and would like to be pointed in the right direction
