Picking up Featured Image and Description

1. I am finding the FB Share button sometimes picks up the Featured image, sometimes it doesn’t, and sometimes it is one of 3 images.
2.I am also finding sometimes it picks up the “Product” Description and other times if picks up the site description from General settings.
3. Is there a way to dictate which image is picked up (ie Featured), and/or which Description is used?

I am using Marketpress Ecommerce plugin and have experimented with Yoast and All in One to see if that made a difference but same results.
