• Hi,

I’ve problems with the pictograms on my website. The homepage is completely fine, but some of the articles are having errors. The menu arrow is big, but also the meta icons and more.

On Google Chrome it seems fine, but when I’ll use Microsoft Edge, they are really big.

I can’t find the problem so far. Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @esmeedezwart,

    Thank you for reaching out,

Where can I find the pictograms on your website? Do you mean regular icons?

Would you please share a screenshot from your issue, or share a short video of the issue you encountered?

You can upload your files to one of the following online services:
    https://postimages.org
    https://loom.com
    https://drive.google.com
Or any other service you know.

This screenshot is what I see from your site: https://postimg.cc/Xr16TCTy
The LiteSpeed cache plugin is having an impact on it. Maybe Litespeed cache is not configured on your website; you should find a way to configure it for your website. The settings on each website can be different, and it doesn’t have any instructions for performance; or use another plugin like autoptimize, etc and test your issue again.

    I hope it helps.
    Best Regards

    Hi Shahin,

Thanks for your response. I think I’ve fixed the pictograms, finally.

With Litespeed I always have problems and the screenshot you’d share, I can’t fix the problem…

I’m thinking of reset the whole website and start over. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Hello @esmeedezwart,

    Thank you for reaching out,

I’m sorry, but I can’t help you decide whether to start over or not.
However, if you’re considering a full reset, make sure to have a complete backup of your website to avoid data loss.

If you’d like to troubleshoot the issue, you first need to identify what’s causing it. Once you find the source, you can check its settings and customizations and etc.

For troubleshooting, please follow these steps and let us know the results:
    1. Enable the primary theme (if you are using a child theme).
    2. Go to WP Dashboard > Plugins.
    3. Deactivate all plugins.
    4. First, activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    5. Check if the issue is resolved.
    6. Then, activate your plugins one by one.
    7. After activating each plugin, check if the issue reappears.

Note 1: You can try troubleshooting on a staging website or a fresh installation. Also, ensure you’re using the latest version of the theme and plugins. (Before updating, please make a full backup of your website.)

Note 2: If you have a caching plugin or server cache (CDN, browser cache, cookies, etc.), clear the cache or disable them to see the changes. Also, remember to click “Regenerate all assets” in Elementor > Tools (if you’re using Elementor).

    Hope this helps
    Best Regards
