picture galleries are not displayed in the admin area

    Hello,
    I can add pictures and new galleries, but I can not see the added pictures or edit them in the admin area

    Hi, @andrebraselmann!

    When you upload the images, does it give a confirmation that they uploaded successfully? If so, are you seeing broken images under Gallery > Manage Galleries? Assuming so, navigate to Gallery > Other Options > Reset tool, select to reset (it will not erase or delete your galleries or images). When the process completes, check your gallery to see if the images now appear ?? If they do not, try creating new thumbnails under the ‘bulk actions’ dropdown under Manage Galleries. Select all, run the ‘create new thumbnails’ and save changes. Does this help?
