Hello,

We are busy to create a new webshop and like to use smart image resize and when it works well we will go for the pro version.

But when the picture is upload in woocommerce and automatically resize by smart image resize it is not visible in the advertisement.

This happens only in windows (explorer – edge – chrome)
On the ipad and android it works well.

The ads for instance I have use smart image resize are 15022 – 14851 – 14810 – 11443

Hello Nabil,

Thank you for the quick answer.

The problem seems only to happen on a computer (pc – desktop) (test on windows 10 and 7)
The first picture does not appear in de advertisment

When you refresh the page or with shift+F5 or ctrl+F5 the picture appears

Sorry for the late reply.

Using the option “Delete thumbnail files for old unregistered sizes…” when Regenerating thumbnails should fix the issue.
