    Hi There,

    I’m using Avada theme with woocommerce for multiple websites. I’m in need of a a nice badge plugin and was recommend to use yours. So I downloaded the free version to test it. Everything was working fine but after updating the woocommerce plugin I’m experiencing some problems.

    When I turn on the badge plugin it messes up Avada’s WooCommerce Product Gallery Slider on a product page. I contacted Avada support and this was there answer; I’d recommend contacting the plugin author to resolve the issue in their plugin as something in their code is definitely conflicting.

    I contacted Yith but because I’m still using the free version they referred me to this forum.

    Really hope you have any solution for this because the plugin itself looks very nice and would be a big addition to my sites.

    I’m also experiencing a critical issue with the YITH Badges plugin. The product images disappear on all products that have a YITH badge. I’m using the BeTheme theme.

    Please provide a quick solution, as this is a very critical bug.

    Sorry for the delay.
    Our developers have just fixed the issue in WooCommerce gallery and released a new version of YITH WooCommerce Badge Management (1.3.8), including this fix.

    Sorry it is not working.

    Is says; download not found.

    I removed the plugin and try to install it again, same answer.

    I tried it on a different site, same answer.

    Hopefully you can fix this quickly.

    Same here, can’t update. I get the same error: Download failed: Not found.

    Update to version 1.3.9 fixed the issue with the images. Thanks YITH!
