Picture Upload does not work

    I rolled back to 1.9.13 and upload works fine again. So i think this should be an issue with the new version.

    Maybe you could solve by putting 775 to the folders, or asking to your provider what are the right permissions, or using a “restore permissions” all at once tool if you have it in your cpanel.
