Pictures after update

I don’t know how it was possible, but after some hours, the problems of pictures are disappeared. And I did not touch anything on my website.

Having the same problem, pictures are missing. What to do next?

As we have mentioned the lazy loading functionality has been implemented from WordPress 5.5+ versions for fast browsing experience for your website users/visitors.
For this instance, If you tend to disable the features we request you to activate the plugin Disable Lazy Load and check if it will work for you.

Please come up with the results so that we can set that feature on the theme.

Hi, the plugin “Disable Lazy Load” didn’t solve the problem for my website.

After I downgraded to the older theme, images/thumbnails have come back to the main page.

Would you please check and confirm following things?

• Clear server cache if any
• Clear/Purge plugin cache if any
• Clear/Purge browser cache or check that on private mode

If none of them works for you, to disable the default WordPress lazy loading features, we request you to activate the plugin Disable Lazy Load and test if it will work for you.

My website is running on WordPress v5.7.2. right now. It’s been WordPress 5.5+ versions for a while, but this image/thumbnail issue never happened until I updated tp the theme v2.0.0 just two days ago.

I’ve checked all the three items you mentioned but still none of them works for my website–even after having activated the plugin Disable Lazy Load.

– Clear server cache if any -> Yes

– Clear/Purge plugin cache if any -> I think yes… I did “Flush Cache
(Clear everything from your cache)” on my server, which I assume includes plugins too.

– Clear/Purge browser cache or check that on private mode -> Yes. I also tried three different browsers, but still images/thumbnails are blank gray and not returning any images on the landing page.

Featured images show properly on *each post*, though, even with the updated theme v2.0.0. This image issue occurs only on the main/landing page to me.

I could send my website link by email for your reference.

No luck here. Even after updating the theme to 2.0.1., the issue still persists. Maybe, it has something to do with plugigns, but I don’t want to disable all plugins to see which one is affecting since it’s disruptive and daunting… ??

I’ll stick with the older version for now….
