Pictures aren’t showing in Fukasawa Masonry

I’m trying to help someone set up a Fukasawa site with the masonry like the demo — but though I can get the masonry page to appear, pictures don’t appear with it — just the post title.

Can you please let me know how to get the pictures to appear, instead of the post title?
